Go to Preferences

Go to Security & Privacy
Click on General and go to Screen Recording. Unlock the lock on the bottom left corner; then hit the check mark of Terminals on the right and lock the lock again.

General, still in Security & Privacy
Allow apps from the App Store and identified developers. Then, allow the files on the bottom.
